Deposit to secure a booking is 50% of the total amount with the balance due 8 weeks before your arrival or payment in full (see early bird discount below). However if your arrival date is less than 8 weeks away it will be full payment to secure the dates. We are flexible with our Arrivals days and we offer single nights on a Sunday except for Bank Holidays.

Groups – Receive 10% discount when booking both huts – just email info@shepherdsretreats.co.uk to enquire about booking both huts

Early Bird Discount – for those of your planning ahead, if you book and pay in full at the time of booking, 20 weeks or more before your arrival date, you will automatically get a 10% early bird discount. Please email at info@shepherdsretreats.co.uk in order to receive this discount as the new booking system does not currently recognise this.
